Key Lime Air Ground/Simulator Instructor
We are a growing regional airline based at Centennial International Airport with over 27 years of history in the aviation industry as a Part 121 and Part 135 air carrier. Our operations include cargo, private/VIP large cabin charters, and scheduled passenger service under our Key Lime Air/Denver Air Connection brand.
Location: Centennial Airport
Starting Salary: $150k a year

Key Responsibilities
Provide standardized training for multiple aircraft for the following events:
o PIC Initial and Recurrent training
o SIC Initial and Recurrent training
o Upgrade training
o Emergency Procedures/Drill Training
o Differences Training
o InDoc and Special Curriculum Training
2. Enforce company standards by teaching and requiring others to fly by set standards of service and safety.
3. Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, listening, and presentation skills are necessary to effectively teach required subjects and provide constructive feedback.
4. Must possess the skills to properly judge and evaluate pilot performance and be willing to accurately and impartially judge and evaluate.
5. Conduct ground and simulator training.
6. The successful candidate must be able to keep accurate records, complete proper paperwork and submit required documents to the company in a timely manner.
7. Evaluate pilot progress in gaining skills and knowledge by the standards established at Key Lime Air and the FAA.
8. Maintains competency and qualifications required to instruct.
9. Always maintain a high level of professionalism.
10. Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Education & Experience:
- Meet Part 121/135 PIC requirements.
- ATP AMEL and prior Flight Instructor experience preferred.
- Successful candidates will hold an above average knowledge and awareness of: Applicable Regulations, Flight Operations Manuals, Operations Specifications,
- Crewmember Standard Operating Procedures, Aircraft Systems, Aircraft Performance, and Company Policies and Procedures.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications; able to speak, understand, read and write.
- Must be an excellent listener and presenter to meet and exceed the company’s expectations during the training process.
- Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Products.
- Ability to work in a team environment and support cultural diversity

- High Speed Computer for Online Instruction
- An Apple iPad with pencil.
