Norfolk Aircraft Interiors fabricates and installs custom leather interiors in Cirrus and Beechcraft airplanes. We are a small team with big success over 4 years in aircraft refinishing. Currently we have a 5 month backlog of new Customers requiring a full interior- and that will increase. Our Team is ready to accept a new member to increase production for faster turnarounds.

Working hours at our facility here at KORF are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm., Monday through Friday, 50 weeks per year, full time.
Minimum requirements to be considered for the Lead Interior Technician:
· Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work in confined spaces (airplanes).
· Familiar with general aviation airplanes and the FAR’s.
· Strong communicator and team player.
· Proficient with the use of hand tools and commercial sewing machines.
· Proficient with bonding fabrics, repairing composites, and cutting carpeting.
· Produce a consistent high finish-quality interior component.
· Self-starting, organized, and conscientious of time management.
Compensation for the Lead Interior Technician will be based on the candidate’s skills from experience, reliability, level of production, consistency, finish quality, and management skills. The pay is bi-weekly, and the hourly salary will be as high as $40.00 per hour, or possibly a salary with similar compensation.
