Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Pilot Inside Sales Representative to support the growth of our Chronic Care Management (CCM) program in Ocala, Florida. This role blends healthcare knowledge with sales and patient engagement. The ideal candidate will work directly with physician offices, identify eligible patients within EMR systems, educate patients about the CCM program, and enroll them into the program.
This position requires strong relationship-building skills with clinical staff, the ability to navigate medical records, and the confidence to communicate with patients about their care and program benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on-site 3–4 days per week at referring physician offices to support CCM program growth.
Access and review electronic medical records (EMR) to identify patients eligible for Chronic Care Management services.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and office staff to coordinate patient outreach and enrollment.
Contact eligible patients by phone to educate them on the benefits of the CCM program and enroll them.
Build trust with patients and help them understand how CCM supports better health outcomes.
Coordinate onboarding of enrolled patients and ensure proper documentation.
Deliver medical devices to patients’ homes when applicable and provide basic usage education.
Maintain accurate records of patient outreach, enrollments, and follow-ups.
Serve as a liaison between the physician office, patients, and the care management team.
Track activity and performance metrics related to patient identification, outreach, and conversions.
QualificationsQualifications:
Experience in medical sales, healthcare outreach, patient coordination, or inside sales preferred.
Familiarity with EMR systems and basic medical terminology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently within provider offices.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for patient visits and device delivery.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), or care coordination programs.
Healthcare sales, medical device sales, or patient engagement roles.
