Job Overview
We are seeking a Corporate Pilot / Aircraft Test Technician to join our team at Liberty Partners, Inc. This role will have two primary functions.
Corporate Pilot:
· Responsible for operating company-owned aircraft as pilot-in-command or second-in-command. Flights will be for transport of company equipment in support of company business interests. The pilot will act as a resource in support of other flight department activities such as aircraft maintenance, cleaning, scheduling, accounting, training and FAA Part 91 regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
· Commercial pilot’s license is required.
Preferred:
· 1500 Hours Total Flight Time in Airplanes
· Minimum 750 hours twin-engine in Airplanes
· Minimum 25 hours in Beech Baron 58TC
· A&P License
Test Technician:
· Responsible for supporting and conducting aircraft testing activities. This role involves extensive travel within the continental US, driving to and from aircraft test sites, and occasional international travel as required. The technician will be involved in various tasks including research and development of aircraft avionics equipment lists, generating compliance reports, providing on-site support for avionics installation and aircraft integration, coordinating with vendors, customers, and engineering disciplines, and serving as an on-site liaison.
Qualifications:
Required:

· Possess effective communication skills in both verbal and written forms within a professional business aviation environment.
· Proficient computer skills.
· Exhibit excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multitask with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
· Demonstrate the ability to follow detailed instructions.
· Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· Previous experience with engineering, installation, troubleshooting, and/or maintenance of aircraft avionics systems is desired.
· Must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing, including FAA-mandated testing.
· Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
· OTR driver experience.
· Undergraduate degree.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to occasionally stand, sit, move, climb stairs, kneeling, stooping, and use hands to operate tools and equipment.
· Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 80 lbs.
· Requires visual acuity for close and distance work, color and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
· May be exposed to hazardous chemicals, aircraft engine exhaust, dust, and machinery with moving parts.
· Noise levels range from moderate to high depending on the test area.
· Must be able to work flexible hours, and overtime (including weekends) to accommodate customer schedules and deadlines.
Work Location:
- At client aircraft maintenance facilities throughout the United States for testing events.
- In person at Liberty Partners, Inc.’s main office, Okmulgee, OK when not travelling.
Pay:
- $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 annual salary paid in bi-weekly increments.
- Exempt from overtime pay.
- Additional PTO granted for time worked in excess of 55 hrs/wk.
- Additional Practical Mileage Pay of $0.15 per mile driven.
- Additional Flight Pay of $10.00 per flight hour.
