We are looking for a high-energy Dispatcher who loves to communicate. This is
more than just moving trucks on a map; it is about providing a "human touch" to
our local business. You will be the central hub of our facility—talking to local, residential and business customers, helping our drivers navigate their day, and ensuring our customers get exactly what they need when they need it. If you thrive on keeping drivers on track and customers happy, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Route Command: You’ll be the primary point of contact for our delivery drivers. You’ll manage daily routes, adjust stops on the fly, and ensure our trucks are running at peak efficiency.
- Relationship Management: Take inbound orders and onboard new customers with a focus on clear, welcoming communication.
- Wholesale & Event Support: Coordinate truck-load ice orders and equipment rentals (ice trailers, merchandisers) with business clients.
- Fleet Support: You’ll keep our fleet in top shape by logging driver inspection reports (DVIRs) and coordinating with our Service Tech to make sure repairs happen fast.
- Numbers That Matter: You’ll have a front-row seat to the business, optimizing our routes and helping us find ways to serve our local community better.

- Tech Comfortable: You’re ready to master our routing software (CoolRunning) and are comfortable with Microsoft & Google Suite programs and order entry.
- Reliability: Our drivers and customers count on you to be the steady hand in the office every day.
Compensation & Perks
- Pay: $20 - $22 / Hourly depending on experience.
