Autosled is growing and we’re looking for a results-focused Business Development Manager to lead expansion across the Texas market!

***This is a high-impact role for top performing sales leaders connected within the automotive dealer channels in Dallas and Houston. The ideal candidate should have a history of developing new markets, and have relationships with regional auto dealer groups, auctions, and specialty fleet accounts,
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Leverage established relationships with regional Vehicle Dealer Groups, Auctions, and Fleet operators to generate immediate pipeline activity.
- Expand and deepen strategic partnerships across multi-location, regional accounts.
- Partner with executive leadership to refine and execute Autosled’ s go-to-market strategy.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & PROVEN TRACK RECORD
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience. Top candidates should demonstrate past success in developing new markets in Texas.
- Demonstrated ownership of long-term business relationships with decision-makers at dealer groups, auction houses, national retailers, or fleet operators is a plus.
- Executive-level communication skills with credibility at the ownership and C-suite level.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- This role offers a competitive base salary and commission plan with significant earning potential based on strong performance. - Targeted compensation starting at $90k base salary annually (or salary commensurate with experience) + monthly uncapped commission, with significant upside income potential based on performance.
