About the Role
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support a fast-paced aviation parts sales environment. This position serves as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries and plays a key role in locating aircraft parts, building quotes, providing pricing and availability, and supporting customer orders.
This is a high-volume, detail-oriented role that requires strong communication skills, urgency, multitasking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails
- Identify and locate aircraft parts based on customer requests
- Provide pricing and availability information
- Build and send accurate customer quotes
- Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries
- Process orders and support expedite requests
- Maintain accurate customer and order information within internal systems
- Collaborate with internal sales, purchasing, and customer support teams
- Support operational efficiency and process improvements
- Meet individual performance and sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Aviation experience required (aircraft parts knowledge preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in aviation, airline operations, airport services, customer support, dispatch, logistics, sales support, or high-volume customer-facing environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask across calls, emails, and data entry
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Background check and drug screening required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within commercial airlines, MRO environments, aviation support operations, or aircraft logistics
- Experience handling quotes, orders, or customer inquiries
- Experience working in quota-driven or performance-based environments
- Associate degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
