Job Title: Grounds Staff – Golf Course

Reports To: Golf Course Superintendent / Assistant Superintendent
Job Summary
We're looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our Grounds Crew! As a member of the Grounds Staff, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the beauty, playability, and safety of our golf course. Whether you're an early riser who enjoys working outdoors or someone with turf or landscaping experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Mow greens, fairways, tees, and roughs using various mowing equipment
- Planting Flowers.
- Operate utility vehicles, tractors, trimmers, blowers, and other turf equipment
- Perform bunker maintenance, including raking and edging
- Water greens and plants as needed; assist with irrigation systems
- Apply topdressing, seed, and fertilizers (if trained)
- Set up course for play – hole changing, tee marker placement, etc.
- Assist with seasonal duties (aeration, leaf cleanup, snow removal, etc.)
- Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work effectively in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work early mornings (some weekends/holidays required)
- Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or turf management a plus – but not required (we’ll train the right person)

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
