Job Description:
Norwood Country Club is seeking a part-time or full-time maintenance crew member. We have recently undergone a renovation of all eighteen holes and the driving range to improve drainage, and are looking to expand our team. A new irrigation system is on the horizon, along with the potential for continued investment in the driving range. This is a perfect role for a motivated individual looking to grow their career in the golf course industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain grounds and landscaping.
- Operate mowers, tractors, and other groundskeeping equipment.
- Perform general maintenance of the grounds, such as trimming trees and shrubs, raking leaves, and removing debris.
- Maintain records of work performed.
- Fertilizer/chemical applications
- Irrigation repair
- Mower set-up
- Execution of in-house projects under the guidance of the Superintendent
- Other routine maintenance practices
About us
Norwood Country Club is an 18-hole golf course and lighted driving range, and is conveniently located on Route 1 behind the Chateau Restaurant and Hampton Inn close to Route 95. Designed by Sam Mitchell, built by Frank Simoni and opened in 1975. It has a par 71, 5630-yard layout, the course has a flat terrain with medium sized, well-manicured greens. Norwood CC is among the eleven golf courses operated, owned, or consulted for by Sterling Golf Management, Inc (SGM).

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
