C&L Aviation Services, a C&L Aviation Group company, is seeking a full-time Accountant to join our collaborative team in Bangor, ME. We’re looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with deadlines, who brings professionalism and a positive attitude. Strong teamwork and a willingness to pitch in are key to success in this role.
Job Responsibilities
- The role will have a major focus on assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements for various entities
- The role will also cover other aspects of bookkeeping including:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- GL reconciliations
- The ability and willingness to undertake a variety of accounting tasks is essential, as is the ability to work autonomously
Job Requirements
- Have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and accounting software
- Accounting Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Accounting software packages used include but not limited to: QuickBooks and Quantum (training to be provided using these programs)
