We are currently hiring for a part-time Customer Service Representative which may have a future option for full time hours. This position is responsible for providing high end, professional customer service to meet all of our customer's needs. This includes concierge service, conveying customer requests to line personnel and valet/driver, arranging for hotels, rental cars and ordering aircraft catering. The Customer Service Representative will also process point of sale transactions, cash receipts, handle incoming calls, prepare operations reports and invoices for aircraft fuel and services.
Schedule is flexible but will include some weekend and evening hours. Sample days/hours would be 8AM-6PM on Sunday and 2pm-8pm 2 weekdays/week.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Processing customer invoicing and payments for services
- Communication with ground crew for services rendered
- Other duties as required
