Technical Aviation Services, Inc- FAA Aircraft Dispatcher School, is looking for a full-time with the option of part-time (contract) FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Instructor to join our team in Doral, FL.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft dispatch (minimum of 3, preferably 5+ years of experience at a Part 121 air carrier). Customer service, and problem solving is a MUST.
The candidate must be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills. Must be very familiar with the regulations and all related knowledge, including the basics of aircraft dispatch.
Responsibilities:
- Provide training (in a classroom and in-person) to students from different nationalites and different backgrounds in aviation.
- MUST FOLLOW TAS INSTRUCTING PROCEDURES, REGULATIONS & SCHEDULES.
- Must be able to follow the program provided by the chief instructor, using only TAS material.
- Is responsible to train in a proper matter and able to help graduate all students with a 100% success rate.
- Must be passionate about the profession and share his/her own experiences with students.
- Maintain an organized work area and report to chief instructor as needed
- Keep all student paperwork organized at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Teaching: 3 years (Preferred)
- aircraft dispatch: 5 years (Preferred)
