Alaris Aerospace Systems is an aircraft parts distributor and asset management company supporting airlines and aviation customers worldwide. We buy, manage, and redistribute Boeing and Airbus airframe and engine material, including APUs, landing gear, avionics, wheels and brakes, accessories, and other aircraft components.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Inventory Analyst to join our team and support the management, analysis, and optimization of our commercial aviation inventory.
The Role
The Senior Inventory Analyst will play an important role in evaluating inventory performance and helping ensure our aircraft material is positioned effectively across the organization.
This position will work closely with Asset Management, Sales, Teardown Operations, and leadership to analyze inventory, identify opportunities, and support strategic inventory decisions.
This is a full-time, Remote position, or may be based in-office in Pompano Beach, Florida.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze inventory performance across Boeing and Airbus airframe and engine material.
- Monitor inventory turns, aging, valuation, availability, and overall stock performance.
- Support inventory positioning and optimization across multiple warehouse locations.
- Analyze demand and inventory data to identify opportunities and recommend buy, hold, sell, exchange, or disposition strategies.
- Partner with Sales on inventory availability, pricing analysis, and active customer requirements.
- Work with Teardown Operations and Asset Management on incoming inventory from aircraft and engine acquisitions.
- Support planning and inventory analysis for current and upcoming teardown programs.
- Maintain accurate inventory information in Quantum ERP, including part status, location, valuation, and movement history.
- Coordinate with teams across multiple locations and regions to maintain accurate and consistent inventory information.
- Prepare and communicate inventory reporting and analysis to support management decision-making.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial aviation inventory, asset management, aircraft parts, or a closely related aviation role.
- Strong knowledge of Boeing and/or Airbus aircraft material and the commercial aviation aftermarket.
- Experience working with used serviceable material (USM).
- Experience with aviation inventory or ERP systems; Quantum experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating inventory turns, aging, valuation, and performance.
- Experience supporting inventory across multiple warehouses or locations.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively across Sales, Operations, Asset Management, and leadership teams.
- Ability to work with teams across multiple locations and regions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with aircraft and/or engine teardown programs.
- Familiarity with MyBoeingFleet, AirbusWorld, or similar aviation systems.
- Experience working with international or multi-location teams.
- Strong knowledge of the USM, aircraft parts, and aviation aftermarket industry.
