Position Overview

We are seeking a highly polished, discreet, and service-driven Executive Flight Attendant to join a Part 91 private flight department supporting company executives and their guests. This role is responsible for delivering a safe, seamless, and elevated onboard experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, culinary presentation, cabin readiness, and personal appearance.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers in accordance with company procedures, aviation best practices, and applicable Part 91 operating standards.
Prepare and maintain the aircraft cabin before, during, and after each flight, ensuring an immaculate, organized, and mission-ready environment.
Deliver refined, anticipatory service tailored to passenger preferences, dietary requirements, trip profiles, and confidentiality expectations.
Plan, coordinate, source, prepare, plate, and present high-quality meals, snacks, beverages, and specialty service items with strong attention to freshness, timing, and visual presentation.
Manage catering, provisioning, cabin inventory, linens, service ware, amenities, and special requests with exceptional accuracy and follow-through.
Perform non-flight-related cabin duties between trips, including inspecting, organizing, refreshing, restocking, and maintaining the aircraft cabin, galley, lavatories, amenities, linens, service items, and onboard supplies to ensure the aircraft always remains presentation-ready.
Maintain detailed passenger preference profiles and ensure consistency across all trips.
Coordinate effectively with pilots, dispatchers, ground handlers, executive assistants, vendors,and other support personnel to support efficient trip execution.
Demonstrate calm judgment, adaptability, and composure during schedule changes, irregular operations, international travel, and high-expectation service environments.
Safeguard confidential information and represent the principal, passengers, and flight department with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications and Desired Attributes

Prior experience as a flight attendant, cabin attendant, corporate aviation professional, or high-end hospitality professional, with demonstrated ability to deliver luxury-level service.
Experience supporting executives, principals, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or similarly high-expectation clients in a discreet service environment.
Impeccable personal presentation, grooming standards, communication skills, judgment, discretion, and confidentiality appropriate for a high-profile private aviation environment.
Current CPR, AED, First Aid, food safety, corporate flight attendant, FACTS, FlightSafety, or equivalent training preferred, or willingness to obtain as required by the flight department.

Schedule Expectations

This role requires a high degree of schedule flexibility and availability consistent with the needs of a private Part 91 flight department. Candidates should anticipate frequent travel, short-notice changes, extended domestic and international itineraries, and up to 18 nights per month away from home. In addition to flight assignments, the Executive Flight Attendant will be expected to support aircraftreadiness between trips by maintaining cabin appearance, organization, provisioning, and service standards even when the aircraft is not actively flying.
