RTF Avionics & Accessories | 100% Remote | Commission-Based
RTF Avionics & Accessories is a family-owned FAA Part 145 repair station based in the Miami area. We’re looking for an aviation sales representative who can bring in new customers and build ongoing component repair business.
We’re focused on repair opportunities involving toilet assemblies, water heaters, coffee makers, air chillers, flood lights, and ram air actuators. We’ll provide our current capability list so you know which part numbers RTF can accept.
What you’ll do
- Introduce RTF to airlines, MROs, aviation parts companies, and other customers that send components for repair.
- Identify opportunities, connect customers with our quoting team, and help move repair orders forward.
- Build customer relationships that generate repeat repair work.
- Keep our team informed of your introductions and active opportunities.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in aviation MRO sales, component sales, airline purchasing, or parts trading.
- Relationships with people who make component repair decisions.
- Familiarity with repair RFQs and vendor approval processes.
- The ability to work independently in a fully remote role.
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. The starting rate is 5% of the gross profit on each qualifying repair order from a new customer you bring to RTF, including repeat orders while you work with us.
Gross profit is the amount RTF collects for a repair order minus its direct job costs, including parts, freight, outside services, and technician labor. Commission is paid after the customer pays the invoice in full.
We’ll review performance and the commission rate after 90 days. An increase may be considered based on results but is not automatic. If you earned commission on a repair order before our working relationship ends, you’ll still be paid after RTF collects from the customer.
Pay: $42,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
