Aerial Banners specializes in aerial advertising, helping businesses and organizations get their message seen from the sky. We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Ground Crew Member to help prepare, handle, and support banner operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing, assembling, handling, and packing aerial advertising banners.
- Help with ground operations before and after flights.
- Safely lift, carry, move, and position banners and related equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment, vehicles, and supplies.
- Keep work areas, equipment, and materials organized.
- Work alongside the team to ensure operations run safely and efficiently.
- Perform additional physical tasks as needed to support daily operations.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays when needed, depending on flight schedules and operational demands.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Comfortable performing physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying equipment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexible and willing to help wherever needed to get the job done.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable with hands-on physical work. Previous experience in ground crew operations, aviation, warehouse work, or a similar role is helpful but not required.
Work Environment
This position involves a combination of indoor and outdoor work, physical labor, and a schedule that may vary based on flight operations and weather conditions. Weekend and holiday availability is required when operational needs arise.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
