What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing technical tree removals with confidence and control
- Executing professional pruning and trimming to industry standards
- Working aloft using ropes, saddles, and professional climbing equipment
- Safely performing rigging operations and controlled removals
- Supporting ground crew and equipment operations when needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service on every job
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of climbing arborist experience (NOT entry level)
- Strong working knowledge of technical climbing, rigging, and pruning techniques
- Proficiency with chainsaws and hand tools at height
- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
- Knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and proper tree care
- ISA or KAA certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus
- Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Dependability, a positive attitude, and a desire to keep learning and improving
