First Regional Finance Hire | Fully Remote | High-Growth Startup with 100+ Global Teammates and a Growing US Team
We are looking for our first dedicated finance hire in the United States to build and own the finance infrastructure supporting Pulnovo's finance operations.
This is a remote, hands-on role with an unusually broad mandate. You will inherit the resources and support of an established international finance organization, while having significant autonomy to decide how finance should operate in the US and Europe.
As Pulnovo grows, you will be able to point to the finance function and say: I built that.
You will work directly with colleagues across clinical development, commercial, regulatory, medical, HR, legal, and management. The position therefore suits someone who enjoys both the technical side of finance and the practical challenge of building a function inside a growing company.
About Pulnovo Medical
Pulnovo Medical is pioneering breakthrough medtech solutions in the treatment of heart failure, one of the most pressing unmet needs in modern medicine. Our innovation represents the largest advancement in medtech history in this space, with results published in the New England Journal of Medicine. We are a rapidly growing international organization with teams across the US, Europe, and Asia, creating a truly global platform for transformative patient care.
Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager based in the United States to support finance operations across the United States and Europe. This will be our first dedicated finance hire in the US, offering the opportunity to build the regional finance foundation from an early stage while working with and receiving support from Pulnovo's wider international finance and functional teams. The role will combine ownership of day-to-day finance operations with close partnership across our clinical, commercial, regulatory, medical, HR, legal, and business teams.
The successful candidate will combine strong accounting and control fundamentals with a practical, business-oriented approach. The role requires someone who is comfortable operating independently, building fit-for-purpose processes, navigating cross-border requirements, and partnering closely with cross-functional colleagues and the wider international finance team.
