Rapid AOG is assembling a 12-person contract crew to perform the airframe portion of a Boeing 767 C1 check for a Part 121 air carrier. The A&P Technician performs scheduled inspection task cards, documents findings, and completes close-up on assigned zones under the direction of a Working Lead.
The operator provides the hangar, tooling and equipment, interiors and powerplant crews, a structures team for repair dispositions, and the inspectors responsible for Required Inspection Items and card buyback.
Scope of Work
Rapid AOG's crew is responsible for the airframe from nose to tail, including:
- Wings, leading and trailing edge devices, and flight control surfaces
- Struts, wheel wells, and landing gear, including gear retraction test
- Belly fairings, fuselage, and cargo compartments

The Working Lead, badged and authorized under the operator's General Maintenance Manual (GMM), closes out completed cards and findings. Required Inspection Items (RII) are inspected and bought back by the operator's inspectors.
