Position Summary
Rapid AOG Services is a growing mobile aircraft maintenance company providing AOG response, line maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and recovery support for Part 91 and Part 135 corporate aircraft across South Florida.
We are adding an experienced Corporate Aircraft A&P Technician to our West Palm Beach base. You will dispatch from Palm Beach International (KDJT) in a company-provided service vehicle, working directly with flight departments, crews, and maintenance controllers to get aircraft back in service.
This role suits a technician who works well independently, is confident troubleshooting complex discrepancies on business jets, and takes pride in representing a company well in front of customers. We sponsor your KDJT airport badge, provide the vehicle and fuel, and invest in factory training for technicians who grow with us.
The position starts as an on-call engagement. Technicians who demonstrate the reliability, technical capability, and customer service we are looking for can move onto our monthly retainer program, which provides guaranteed monthly pay in exchange for committed availability.

- Respond to AOG events throughout Palm Beach County and South Florida
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, servicing, component replacement, operational checks, and scheduled maintenance on corporate aircraft
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and avionics discrepancies
- Complete maintenance records in accordance with FAA regulations, approved technical data, and company procedures
- Communicate professionally with aircraft owners, flight crews, maintenance controllers, flight departments, and FBO personnel
- Keep the company service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked, and maintain accountability for company tools and equipment
- Participate in the on-call rotation, including after-hours, weekend, and scheduled holiday coverage
- Maintain KDJT credentials and airport driving privileges
- Travel throughout South Florida, with occasional overnight assignments

KPBI Airport Badge
The selected technician must obtain and maintain a KPBI airport identification and security badge. This includes identity verification, fingerprinting, a security threat assessment, background check, badge training, and airfield driving authorization. Rapid AOG Services sponsors the badge; the engagement is contingent on meeting all airport badging requirements and following KPBI security, access, escort, vehicle-operation, and badge-display rules.
The badge is issued under Rapid AOG Services' sponsorship and is for Rapid AOG Services work only. It may not be used to access the airfield for any other employer, customer, personal purpose, or side work. As the sponsoring company, Rapid AOG Services is accountable for all activity conducted under the badge, so any use outside company-dispatched assignments will result in immediate badge revocation and termination of the engagement.
