OVERVIEW OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Sweet Aviation’s 135 Charter Pilot will emulate the Sweet Aviation core values of Honor, Humility, Helpfulness, Happiness (positive mindset), and Hungry to improve and grow in the role. The ideal Pilot will lead by example as an ideal team player and be “customer centric” with a “can do” attitude when it comes to ensuring customer satisfaction so long that safety is the number one priority. The Pilot will be effective in working in multiple environments (office, home, hotel, aircraft) in order to adhere to the duties and responsibilities of the assigned aircraft (Citation XLS or Citation CJ4).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- PIC/Captain duties and responsibilities per FARs and Sweet Aviation GOM
- Performing duties in a professional, efficient, and cordial manner at all times
- Available to schedule Sunday through Saturday up to 16+ days per month.
- Reports to the Chief Pilot for duty assignments and training.
- Greets and assists with passenger seating and luggage storage.
- Conducts passenger briefings.
- Assists with emergency evacuations.
- Maintains a high degree of crew coordination
- Adhere to the duties and responsibilities outlined in the General Operations Manual and AFM.
- Performs all duties and any other specific duties assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Total Time: 3,000 | PIC 2,000 | Instrument 400 | Night 200 | Turbine/Jet: 500
- International Flight experience preferred
- Collins Proline experience preferred
- Valid US Passport | First-Class FAA Medical Certificate | ATP AMEL
- No incidents, accidents, or FAA violations within the past 5 years
- Live within a 60 minute driving radius of the Fort Wayne International Airport (KFWA)
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and an FAA pre-employment drug test
