Classic Jet Center is seeking a friendly, professional Part-Time Aviation Customer Service Representative to join our front-line customer service team.
This position is the first point of contact for customers and visitors to the Jet Center and must represent the facility in a professional and welcoming manner.
Responsibilities include:
Answering and routing incoming phone calls
Taking detailed messages and providing basic information to callers
Greeting customers as they enter the facility
Directing customers to the appropriate staff member
Answering basic inquiries in accordance with Jet Center policies
Weekday evenings: 2–3 days per week, rotating with another team member
Weekends: 1 weekend day per week
This role is ideal for individuals seeking part-time evening and weekend hours in a professional aviation environment.
