Job Description
We are a family of three seeking an on-call pilot for our Cirrus SR22 G6, based out of a Morristown Airport (KMMU).
Since, we are located near Sky Manor Airport (N40) the pilot will be responsible for ferrying the aircraft from Morristown to Sky Manor
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the aircraft so it remains airworthy and clean at all times
- Serve as an on-call pilot for occasional family trips (planned in advance).
- Maintain logbooks and ensure compliance with FAA training standards.
- Schedule maintenance for the aircraft
- Keep track of all records, including but not limited to certifications, maintenance records, and logbooks
Qualifications
- Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) – current and in good standing.
- Experience with Cirrus aircraft preferred (SR22 g6 especially).
- Strong instructional, communication, and safety skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel locally.
- Must be punctual, professional, and adaptable to a family learning environment.
Additional Details
- Position is hourly, at $50/hr, including all flight and ground time.
- Flexible scheduling available with prior coordination.
