Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Logistics Management Specialist to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. Roccomar delivers mission-critical logistics and sustainment support enabling national security and Air and Marine surveillance operations. Our logistics professionals directly support operational readiness, lifecycle sustainment, and mission execution.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal logistics, sustainment, or supply chain operations, preferably within DHS, DoD, CBP, or other national security environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of asset accountability, lifecycle sustainment, transportation coordination, inventory management, and material readiness for operational systems or equipment.
- Ability to assist with logistics planning activities, including preventive maintenance scheduling, spare parts tracking, maintenance budgeting input, and monitoring of operational availability or readiness metrics.
- Experience supporting system sustainment and lifecycle logistics documentation, such as Integrated Logistics Support Plans, sustainment strategies, or related program artifacts.
- Familiarity with Life Cycle Cost Estimate (LCCE) concepts and operations and sustainment cost considerations.
- Ability to coordinate across government stakeholders, program offices, vendors, and maintenance organizations to support logistics execution and sustainment outcomes.
- Experience assisting with training logistics, including scheduling, tracking completion, or reviewing training materials tied to system fielding or sustainment.
- Working knowledge of configuration management coordination related to maintenance actions, baseline updates, or equipment changes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple logistics priorities in an operational environment.
- Proficiency with standard business and logistics tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, spreadsheets, and data tracking systems).
- Ability and willingness to travel to operational sites, warehouses, or program locations, as required to support logistics activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting aerostat, ISR, aviation, surveillance, or Air and Marine mission environments.
- Familiarity with government logistics or asset management systems such as SAP, Infor EAM, or similar enterprise tools.
- Knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support planning, Life Cycle Cost Estimates, configuration management, sustainment funding, or readiness reporting processes.
- Prior experience working with DHS, CBP Air and Marine Operations, DoD, or other federal operational components.
- Experience supporting fielded systems, site deployments, or operational sustainment in geographically distributed environments.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
