Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project schedules utilizing advanced project management tools to ensure timely delivery of aviation projects
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and systems engineers to design and implement airport infrastructure including runways, taxiways, terminals, and support facilities
- Oversee construction management activities, including site inspections, quality assurance, and safety compliance in accordance with industry standards
- Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and AutoCAD to create detailed schematics, land surveys, and system layouts for project planning and execution
- Prepare accurate construction estimates using construction estimating software and conduct technical writing for project documentation
- Manage project engineering tasks such as system design for water treatment, hydraulics, waste management, and system integration within airport environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review project progress, resolve technical issues using Civil 3D or MicroStation drafting tools, and ensure adherence to project scope and budget
Skills
- Strong proficiency in project scheduling software and construction management platforms
- Experience with Bluebeam for document review and markup processes
- Knowledge of GIS applications like ArcGIS for spatial analysis and land surveying techniques
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation for drafting and schematic development
- Familiarity with HEC (Hydrologic Engineering Center) tools such as SWMM for stormwater modeling and hydrological analysis
- Ability to perform construction inspection with a focus on safety standards and quality assurance protocols
- Skilled in technical writing for reports, manuals, and project documentation
- Understanding of civil engineering principles related to land development, geotechnical engineering, hydraulics, and water/wastewater treatment systems
- Experience managing pipeline projects including system design and installation within airport environments
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes to support budgeting activities
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
