EVA Washington, D.C. Branch, near Washington Dulles International Airport, IAD, has immediate full-time openings for Administrative. REQUIREMENTS
1. Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Willingness to travel for training as required.
4. Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred.
5. Demonstrate strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
6. Ability to multitask effectively, solve problems independently, and work overtime as required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
ADMINISTRATIVE
1. Manage office equipment and supply inventory to ensure functionality and availability.
2. Provide administrative support to various departments and sections.
3. Oversee company vehicle operations, including purchasing, leasing, and maintenance.
4. Process invoices to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.
5. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
6. Assist in managing operational budgets and monitor expenditures.
7. Coordinate credit card chargebacks with external partners.
8. Assist with tax-related matters and manage business licenses in compliance with applicable regulations.
9.Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including providing HR support across departments.
