Overview
The Repair Administrator manages component repair orders, exchange transactions, and warranty claims to support customer operations. The role focuses on accurate documentation, cost control, ERP/MRO process optimization, and collaboration across internal teams and external vendors.
Duties
- Manage repair orders and coordinate with FAA/EASA-approved repair stations.
- Oversee exchange transactions, core tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
- Administer warranty claims, documentation, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain workflows to maximize ERP/MRO system capabilities supporting Customer Service operations.
- Coordinate logistics, shipping, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Communicate with vendors, OEMs, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
- Serve as backup for other programs, learning and executing tasks as needed to ensure continuous operational support.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of aviation repair administration or MRO experience.
- Knowledge of aircraft components, ATA chapters, and FAA/EASA compliance.
- Proficiency with Pentagon and Quantum ERP System.
- Strong communication, detail orientation, and vendor management skills.
- Experience with export sales and ITAR/dangerous good shipping.
