We pride ourselves on operational excellence, safety, compliance, and teamwork. We are seeking a dependable and meticulous Store Associate to support our MRO operations and production teams.
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Aviation Quality Administrative Assistant to support our Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Safety teams within a fast-paced aviation maintenance environment. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance documentation, audit records, safety reporting systems, and Quality Management System (QMS) records in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, including 14 CFR Part 145 and 14 CFR Part 5.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain and control Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including manuals, procedures, and revisions
- Support compliance with FAA regulations and maintain repair station documentation (Part 145)
- Coordinate internal audits, prepare audit documentation, and track corrective actions through closure
- Assist with Safety Management System (SMS) processes, including hazard reporting and safety tracking
- Maintain training records, qualifications, and regulatory documentation
- Organize and manage electronic and physical records in compliance with retention requirements
- Maintain customer aircraft records and support quality/planning documentation
- Schedule audits, meetings, and regulatory visits
- Prepare reports, tracking logs, and compliance-related communications
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of administrative experience in aviation, quality, or compliance environment preferred
- Experience in aviation maintenance, MRO, or regulated industries is a plus
- Working knowledge of FAA regulations, including Part 145
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Strong organizational and document control skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Pentagon, Trax, Quantum, Flightdocs) preferred
- Ability to handle confidential and regulatory-sensitive information
