Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, polished, and service-driven Flight Attendant to join a privately owned Gulfstream (G550) flight department based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is excited to travel (international and domestic travel required), eager to learn, and looking to grow within private aviation while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and service.
Responsibilities
· Provide attentive, refined in-flight service for business and occasional family travel
· Prepare the cabin prior to flights, including catering coordination, provisioning, and presentation
· Ensure cabin safety, cleanliness, and compliance with FAA and international regulations
· Anticipate passenger needs while maintaining strict discretion and confidentiality
· Support frequent international operations, including customs coordination and trip-specific requirements
· Assist with light administrative and office support 1-3 times per week as needed at the Southlake, TX office
· Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and potential holidays
Requirements
· CPR / First Aid + Safety & emergency procedures training (Part 91/135 style)
· Private or corporate aviation experience preferred, but strongly trainable candidates are encouraged to apply
· Valid passport required; must be able to travel internationally
· Based locally in the DFW / Southlake area (or willing to relocate)
· Professional, polished demeanor with strong attention to detail
· High emotional intelligence, discretion, and service mindset
· Strong communication and organizational skills
Schedule & Travel
· Full-time position
· Predominantly business-focused travel
· Regular international travel; occasional family trips
· In-office presence 1–3 days per week when not flying

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
