Position Overview
The Scheduling Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing and coordinating schedules to support daily operations, while also assisting with administrative and cross-functional tasks as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
This role works closely with operations leadership and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow, effective coordination of resources, and alignment across operational needs and internal initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and maintain operational schedules to support daily activities
- Monitor schedule changes and assist with resolving conflicts as they arise
- Communicate schedule updates and operational changes internally
- Provide administrative and organizational support to operations leadership
- Maintain accurate internal records, data entry, and documentation
- Assist with cross-functional tasks related to operations and administrative initiatives
- Provide operational support outside of normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Support general office and operational needs as required
- Maintain visibility into resource availability to support efficient scheduling and daily operations

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in scheduling, operations, or administrative roles
- Flight Schedule Pro preferred or other scheduling software
- Exposure to structured or regulated environments (plus)
- Experience in aviation or aviation-related industries (plus)
Compensation & Work Structure
- This is a salaried (exempt) position and is not eligible for overtime
- Compensation based on experience and qualifications

Schedule
- Onsite: Day shift, Monday – Friday
- 40–50 hours per week anticipated
- Evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support operations
