Administrative Coordinator Job Details:
- Pay Rate: Starting at $23/hour
- Schedule: Full-time daytime hours, 5 days per week with some on-call responsibilities. Days may vary based on program needs, and occasional weekend coverage may be required. Hours may become more flexible or part-time as operations evolve.
- Location: Based at the Reno Airport, with the ability to work remotely when needed.
- Benefits: Medical, dental and vision benefits available when working a minimum of 30 hours/week.
- Responsibilities: Coordinate domestic travel for nurses across the U.S., including flights, ground transportation, and itineraries. Arrange and manage hotel or housing reservations and confirmations. Support mission readiness by organizing personnel and equipment schedules, checking inventory, packing medical supplies, and assisting with equipment checks.
Aeromedical Evacuation Administrative Coordinator Job Requirements:
- Experience in administrative support, travel coordination, or event planning preferred
- Healthcare or medical knowledge and experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common scheduling tools
- Experience booking flights and managing travel itineraries
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
- Military connection or familiarity with “mobility officer”–type coordination of personnel and equipment for deployment schedules is a plus
