Role/Responsibility includes, but not limited to:
•Oversee warehouse operations, provide oversight, guidance, and all related responsibilities associated with daily activities of Warehouse and Disposition personnel.
•Responsible to lead and implement strategic initiatives, specifically to include centralized storage and disposition optimization, as well as other future organizational strategies.
•Held accountable to meet organizational goals, department self-assessments and metrics, and/or implement mitigation plans to areas of concerning performance/Yellow or Red back go good standing/Green health Rating.
•Participate in, and have direct customer audit interface for audits not limited but to include DCMA Government property Administration PMSAs, AS9100D, LM Mission Success/Internal Audits.
•Responsible for interpretation and making decisions and oversee tasks that do not conflict with FAR 52.245-1 and Company Command Media along with managing the team to ensure it remains consistently compliant to processes and procedures.
•Ensure timely submissions to of property schedules for multiple government contracts/programs; track/monitor and coordinate with the Plant Clearance officer (PLCO) to avoid aged PIEE schedules.
•Manage disposition of property using the Disposition Disposal Request (eDDR) system.
•Manage a 10,000 sq foot warehouse and storage of program property utilizing eSTOR system in compliance with LM process.
•Utilize various databases and provide metrics for disposal and storage reports, equipment management and maintenance schedules, maintaining accurate property records.
•Coordinate property donations to nonprofit organizations in support of local charities.
•Act as prime POC for Capital and LM Expense property.
•Collaborate with Property Analysts, Program Management, Contracts, and Subcontracts on issues relative to disposition of government property.
•Interface with DCMA GPA and delegates for government demilitarization witness.
•Drive corporate, organizational, and functional initiatives and goals across North Alabama Property operations.
•Site Lead to facilitate Real Time Asset Tracking implementation for North Alabama facilities.
•Support management in Contract closure tracking and milestones.
Basic Qualifications:•Team leadership experience
•Ability to work with FAR and DFAR property requirements or anything else related
•Ability to work in SAP/ ERP or anything else related
•Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Desired Skills:• PIEE GFP Module experience
• FAR/DFAR Property Management requirements
• Warehouse Management/6-S Process Improvements
• DCMA and/or MDA customer audit
• NPMA CPPM, CPPS, or CPPA certifications
• Experience with LM Systems SAP/P2P/ECE
• Experience with developing and maintaining SharePoint
• 5+ years of relevant experiences

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
