Job Summary
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and safety-driven Logistics Technician to join our team. This non-certificated role is critical to ensuring that all incoming materials, tools, and technical data meet stringent aviation industry standards and regulatory requirements. This position is also responsible for removing the tire on incoming wheels. You will play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and streamlined logistics operations throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming reviews of materials and parts to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct detailed visual inspections, including verification of ID plates, part and serial numbers, material condition, and traceability documentation.
- Ensure all materials meet FAA, EASA, ISO/AS, and other regulatory safety and quality standards.
- Organize, label, and store materials accurately; ensure proper routing within the facility.
- Accurately input inventory data and maintain traceability throughout the logistics process.
- Verify documentation matches part numbers and serial numbers prior to shipping; pack and ship units per customer instructions.
- Manage the distribution and proper storage of calibrated tools and technical documentation.
- Pick up and deliver parts to local customers or contractors as required.
- Support shop and facility maintenance tasks as needed, including monitoring eyewash stations and fire extinguishers.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory control a plus (preferably in aviation or regulated industries)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Familiarity with aviation compliance standards (FAA, EASA, ISO/AS) a plus
- Ability to follow precise procedures and escalate issues when necessary
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems and data entry
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Valid driver’s license (for local pickups/deliveries)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
