The Master Scheduler is responsible for cost and schedule controls of aviation manufacturing and integration projects. Applies industry best practices (ANSI/EIA 748 Standards) to establish, implement, monitor, measure and assess project metrics for multiple simultaneous projects. Responsible to provide the Project Manager and Company Leadership with relevant and predictive data to communicate the cost and schedule health of the project promptly. Assists the Project Manager in establishing a performance measurement baseline (PMB) and measuring cost and schedule performance against the PMB until project completion. Monitors and measures Subcontracts to baseline budget and schedule – assists the Project Manager in identifying and implementing corrective measures as necessary. Develops and maintains project cash flow analyses, tracks milestone payments and disbursements to subcontractors and vendors. Assist the Project Manager with tracking all contractual deliverables. Assists Company leadership with proposal development as required.
Education / Experience Requirements:
- BS or BA (Business or Management degree is required).
- MBA is highly desired.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint required.
- Experience with aviation design, manufacturing and integration projects required.
- Experience with UH-60 / commercial S70 projects/programs highly desired.
