Program Manager
- Responsible for the effective management of funds and personnel and is accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all contractual items.
- Operates within client guidance, contractual limitations, and company business and policy directives.
- Serves as focal point of contact with client regarding program activities.
- Ensures that all required resources, including manpower, production standards, computer time and facilities are available for program implementation.
- Responsible for all aspects of planning of the program once the program is approved and released
- Establishes and maintains effective program controls to ensure program metrics and goals are effectively communicated, measured and assessed and takes appropriate actions to implement corrective measures as necessary
- Establishes and maintains a program risk register to identify, assess and handle risks to program budget, schedule and performance
- Ensures customer satisfaction through effective planning, execution and communication
- Demonstrated competence in project management and technical competence in discipline field(s) and knowledge of industry policies and practices.
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, requirements, policies and procedures, cost and schedule estimating, systems disciplines, engineering specifications and commercial practices relating to weapon systems procurement and production.
- The Program Manager shall be knowledgeable of overall organization, direction, and requirements of the contract efforts.

Basic Skills and Competency Requirements Preferred:
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- BS or BA (Engineering, Science or Management degree is preferred)
- 10 years as Project/Program Manager required
- PMP strongly desired
- Preferred knowledge of A/MH-6M, MH-47G, and MH-60
- Ability to have or obtain DoD SECRET clearance is required
- Logistics background, provisioning experience and supply chain management required
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, with advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Effective time management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and exercise sound judgment and discretion
- Prioritize and manage multiple programs simultaneously in a timely manner with efficiency and accuracy
