Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive IDC Infrastructure Monitoring Technician to join our operations team. In this role, you will be the "eyes and ears" of the data center, monitoring critical infrastructure systems 24/7. You will be responsible for identifying real-time alerts, analyzing risk patterns, and ensuring the continuous uptime of our facilities。
Key Responsibilities
- 24/7 Facility Monitoring: Conduct real-time monitoring of IDC infrastructure via centralized management systems, focusing on Power (Electrical) and HVAC (Mechanical) systems。
- Incident Identification: Quickly recognize and escalate system alarms, environmental alerts, and equipment failures to minimize operational risks。
- Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze large-scale platform data to identify recurring issues or anomalies, supporting management in proactive risk mitigation。
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of all site activities, incidents, and system performance metrics。
- Cross-Border Coordination: Collaborate with local onsite teams and our international headquarters to ensure operational standards are met globally。
Qualifications
- Technical Background: Basic understanding of IDC infrastructure (UPS, PDU, Chillers, CRAC units) and a strong mindset for infrastructure O&M。
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret technical dashboards under pressure。
- Professionalism: Highly responsible, reliable, and capable of working independently during night or weekend shifts if required。
- Language: fluency in Mandarin and English is required for technical coordination with our global headquarters。
