Exclusive Private Jet Catering Co. Seeking Customer Service Lead
We are a unique Fine dining catering company providing in-flight catering and concierge services for private aircraft as well as corporate catering and special event planning in the greater Los Angeles area. We are seeking energetic personnel with extensive customer service experience as well as food service experience and culinary knowledge to join our team in a 24/7, time sensitive and fast-paced environment, catering to exclusive and highly demanding Fortune 500 clientele.
Successful candidates will pride themselves on their professionalism, commitment to quality, and possess excellent management and organizational skills, should be outgoing, personable, and willing to do “what it takes” to get the job done.
Requirements:
- Flexible schedule; including, mornings, evenings, nights and weekends & Holidays- - A MUST!
- Pleasant telephone manners with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate client requirements, process orders and resolve customer complaints.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain a positive attitude.
- Work closely and effectively communicate with office personnel, chefs and staff
- Advanced computer skills required, including Office, Word and Excel, SAGE
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Food knowledge, hands-on kitchen experience and SERV Safe Certification are a plus
