HQ Aero is looking for full-cycle Human Resources Talent Acquisition recruiter to source, recruit and retain employees within the aviation community and receive bonuses based on performance. The recruiter will have the responsibility over the Human Resources recruiting processes specializing in internal and external posting, interview scheduling, and transition process from candidate to employees for the company. This position will work closely with the Operations Management team to implement initiatives and to create an exceptional candidate and on boarding experience. The ideal candidate will be able coordinate a high volume of open positions in various stages of the recruiting processes, focusing on attention to detail, and improving the candidate and on boarding experience.
Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Recruiter:
· Develop and implement and manage recruiting plans to source top talent, to include, but not limited to job fairs, community outreach and online platforms
· Screen and interview candidates for direct-hire placement within the company
· Manage a consistent flow of candidates to ensure minimum production standards are being met and/or exceeded.
· Manage and Document and maintain all candidate and contact information within our applicant tracking system
· Work in a team environment to provide multiple coverage over contacts
· Maintain the company’s Affirmative Action/EEOC Plan to include record keeping and outreach
· Manage and Lead recruitment efforts implementing creative sourcing strategies and effective screening methods to hire the absolute best candidates, reviewing and confirming position specifications with hiring managers and developing and posting position requisitions.
· Monitor sourcing tools and techniques, including managing recruitment vendors’ relationships and hiring events to attract qualified professionals
· Manage screening process, interview questions inventory and coordinate training for hiring managers/panel interviewers as needed
· Coordinate and schedule candidate panel interviews, and gather feedback from interview team
· Generate offer letters and manage the internal approval process.
· Initiate and manage background screening process for new hires.
· Create reporting metric for management regarding open requisition, vacancy tracking, candidate pipeline, etc.
· Examine and improve upon our existing hiring processes by identifying areas of opportunity, bottlenecks, and strengths we need to be capitalizing on
· Fully own the hiring process for all open positions
Requirements:

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and plan to work full-time in the United States
· Monday to Friday Schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
