Veterans Alliance is hiring experienced Quality Inspectors to support aviation inspection and compliance operations in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay and long-term career stability.
This role is ideal for inspectors with strong rotary-wing experience and a background in Part 145 repair station environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on rotary-wing aircraft and components
- Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with FAA and Part 145 standards
- Inspect mechanical and structural work for accuracy and airworthiness
- Review maintenance documentation for completeness and compliance
- Identify discrepancies and ensure proper corrective actions are taken
- Support testing and validation efforts, including off-site aircraft testing
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to maintain quality standards
- Maintain accurate inspection and compliance records
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of aviation experience – REQUIRED
- Experience in Part 145 environment – REQUIRED
- Strong background in mechanical and structural operations
- A&P License – Preferred
- Experience with rotary-wing aircraft – REQUIRED
- Tilt-rotor experience – Preferred
- Experience with experimental or development aircraft – Preferred
- Ability to work any shift (Days, Swing, Nights)
- Ability to travel for off-site aircraft testing
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Compensation & Details
- Pay: $31.00 – $43.00/hr (based on experience)
