Account Manager
Learn commercial finance, work with business leaders, and build a high-income career in B2B sales.
About First National Capital Corp – Irvine, CA
We're the architects of CapEx capital. First National Capital designs and delivers creative private-credit solutions for mid-sized and large companies—beyond the limitations of traditional lending. With more than $4.75B funded across equipment, technology, aircraft, and complex projects, clients trust our independent capital strength, speed of execution, and advisory mindset to get high-stakes deals done.
The Opportunity
As an Account Manager, you’ll build relationships with business owners, CFOs, and finance leaders at mid-sized and large companies across the U.S.
You’ll prospect new clients, identify financing needs, and work with our internal team to structure equipment finance and project finance solutions. Deal sizes typically range from $500K to $50MM+, giving you the opportunity to work on meaningful transactions while building a high-income sales career.
This is not a transactional sales role. You’ll learn a specialized industry, have real conversations with decision-makers, and develop long-term client relationships that can turn into repeat business.
You do not need to come from equipment finance to succeed here. If you are competitive, coachable, comfortable making outbound calls, and motivated by performance-based income, we can teach you the finance side.
