FlexTrades is seeking Avionics Technicians to support aircraft modification programs in a hangar environment. This role is highly focused on aircraft wiring and wire harness installation, working from production and special mission blueprints. This is hands-on installation work with no required troubleshooting or testing.

Qualifications
- Experience as an Avionics Installer or Avionics Technician
- Strong hands‑on wiring and harness routing skills
- Experience performing high‑volume wire terminations to aerospace standards
- Experience building long, branched wire harnesses using crimped connectors
- Comfortable working with 18–22 AWG wiring, with some 8–10 AWG
- Able to interpret and work from incomplete or legacy routing documentation
- Detail‑oriented with strong quality awareness
- A&P license not required
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced wiring and wire harness modifications on long‑range business jets in a hangar environment
- Route, terminate, and dress wiring and harnesses throughout the aircraft (not point‑to‑point)
- Build and install custom wire harnesses (approximately 50% built onsite)
- Integrate new wiring with existing aircraft wiring and electrical equipment racks
- Work from mechanical routings, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and mixed‑quality documentation
- Coordinate and obtain required quality inspection (QI) signoffs during work
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $45/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
