Successful Client Services Specialist directly assists clients by providing support via email and phone in a professional manner. This role is critical in managing client relations. Must possess excellent communication and listening skills, attention to detail and accuracy are a must.

Key responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally
* Process data entry and quotes
* Act as liaison between clients and internal departments
* Provide updates on repair status turnaround times
Requirements
Five or more years’ customer service experience, preferably in Aerospace, Aviation or MRO Industry
* Multi-task oriented with attention to detail
* Customer focused mindset – Problem solving abilities
Familiar with AS9100 and ISO Quality programs would be an asset
*Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet navigating
*Familiarity with Component Control/ Quantum operating system
