We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Argyle, Texas. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the month-end close process, financial reporting, and other core accounting functions.

Office hours and location
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Location: Argyle, TX – Onsite
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries and financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Support the implementation of a new billing platform
- Prepare quarterly commission statements and payment summaries
- Assist in annual audit preparation, including work papers and coordination with auditors
- Provide support for accounts payable and payroll functions as needed
- Contribute to the forecasting and budgeting processes and support tax and regulatory filings
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Experience and Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of previous experience as Accountant
- Experience working with Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online, and also on revenue billing systems such as Stripe
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Public accounting experience is a plus
- Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Background working with SaaS companies and knowledge of ASC 606 is a plus
- Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and US GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills — capable of building and automating detailed financial models
- Ability to solve complex problems using multiple data sources
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
