As the Juneau Station Supervisor, you’ll support daily station operations, help lead the customer service team, and play a key role in creating a safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation.

What You’ll Do:
- Support daily passenger and flight operations
- Help lead and schedule the customer service team
- Coordinate with pilots, dispatch, and station staff
- Assist with training and operational procedures
- Maintain safety and compliance standards
- Provide hands-on support wherever needed during busy operations
Schedule:
Full-time, permanent position. Five 8-hour shifts per week. Hours vary seasonally, and weekend/holiday availability may be required since Alaska Seaplanes operates seven days a week.

What We’re Looking For:
- Airline, aviation, or strong customer service experience
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Takeflite experience is a plus)
- Must be at least 18 years and have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to regularly lift up to 60 lbs
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and fluency in English
