As the Manager of the transportation team, you are the leader of a team working closely with our Dock Representative and Front Desk teams to ensure smooth operations and providing safe & entertaining tour transfers for our guests. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle fleet is well maintained and drivers and vehicles are compliant with DMV/DOT regulations.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Recruiting & leading a team of 25 commercial drivers
Pre-season & ongoing drive team training regarding proper protocols for guest transfers from cruise dock to/from tour locations
Daily scheduling of the drive team
Maintaining accurate DOT compliant records of employees and vehicle fleet
Creating a positive, professional culture and work environment
Understanding and compliance with company safety & operational policies
