The Training Coordinator ensures all employees receive the training required to safely and effectively perform their jobs while reinforcing Park’s culture and strategy. It directly supports our Egg Strategy by building capability, driving greatness, keeping teams prepared and moving forward, reinforcing standards, and equipping employees to deliver reliable, responsive service that makes our customers love us.
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate, schedule, and track all employee training activities, including new hire training, annual training, technical training, and compliance-based programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in accordance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with department managers to identify training needs and develop training plans that support operational goals.
- Create and maintain training videos.
- Promote and coordinate our Customer Flexibility Program.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Monitor training completion, send reminders, and ensure timely compliance with required courses.
- Support audits by providing training documentation and responding to training-related inquiries.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to content, delivery, and scheduling.
- Coordinate external training providers, vendors, and certification programs.
- Assist in developing standardized work instructions, training modules, and competency assessments.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
Other Job Duties
- Assist with employee engagement activities related to development and recognition.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Participate in internal teams focused on safety, quality, or process improvement.
Education/Experience/Skills Required
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in developing and administering training program, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database systems.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Familiarity with aerospace, manufacturing, or AS9100 environments is a plus.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow structured processes.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Physical Requirements
- Individual required to be sighted (can be medically corrected), with clear verbal and written communications skills.
- Individual will be required to be mobile, with bending, lifting, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and crouching.

- Hazard Communication Training
- Any training required to support facilitation of employee programs
- Annual updates as required by regulatory or customer standards
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
