We are seeking an experienced Senior CPM Scheduler with strong aviation construction experience to support the Terminal Modernization Development Program (TMDP) at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) – a multi-year, multi-billion-dollar capital program. This is a hands-on, onsite role for a Primavera P6 scheduler who understands active airport work, complex phasing, stakeholder coordination, and clear schedule reporting on a major capital program.
LOCATION & SCHEDULE
- Onsite at Cleveland Hopkins Airport (CLE), within the TMDP Project Management Office (PMO) – 5 days/week
- Local Cleveland-area candidates preferred; relocation or weekly onsite availability may be considered
- Must be able to obtain airport Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badging (background check and fingerprinting required)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, maintain, review, and analyze CPM schedules for aviation construction and terminal modernization work using Primavera P6
- Integrate contractor and design-builder schedules into the overall master program schedule and keep them aligned as work progresses
- Build and review baseline schedules, updates, look-aheads, recovery schedules, narratives, and schedule logic
- Analyze critical path, float, constraints, phasing, logistics, procurement, and sequencing; assess schedule impacts from changes, delays, or disruptions
- Sequence and track permitting, inspection, and occupancy milestones (e.g., special inspections, certificate of occupancy) as critical-path constraints within the CPM schedule
- Prepare schedule reporting, milestone tracking, variance narratives, and progress updates for program leadership
- Attend project and program meetings; identify schedule risks, document key issues, and coordinate follow-up actions
- Coordinate with project managers, construction managers, estimators, document control, contractors, and airport stakeholders to collect and validate schedule data
- Maintain all scheduling records, updates, and reporting within Procore, the program’s central project management system
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years of aviation construction scheduling experience (CPM / project controls); active airport program experience strongly preferred
- Strong hands-on Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling experience
- Experience with terminal, landside, airside, parking, roadway, utility, or rail/transit-interface projects, or major airport modernization
- Experience integrating design schedules and requirements across both design-bid-build and design-build delivery methods
- Experience integrating and linking cost with construction and/or design schedules
- Ability to prepare, present, and defend summary schedules to senior management and clients
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field – or equivalent relevant experience
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder airport environment
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Procore experience a strong plus – our program runs on Procore; Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Excel-based controls reporting/dashboards also valued
- Delay analysis, schedule impact review, recovery schedules, change management, or claims support
- PMI-SP, PSP, PMP, CCM, or similar certification
COMPENSATION
- $150,000 – $225,000 per year, commensurate with experience
