From San Francisco to destinations across Asia-Pacific, STARLUX connects people, businesses, and cultures across the Pacific every day. This role coordinates aircraft arrivals and departures, working with flight crews and ground teams to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time airport operations. Because the position works closely with our Taiwan-based headquarters, overseas stations, and international customers, professional Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) serves as an important working language for communication and documentation.

Responsibilities
- Provide airport operational support and assist Mandarin-speaking passengers through English–Mandarin translation.
- Work rotating shifts according to the roster to support smooth and efficient flight operations.
- Supervise and coordinate with above-wing and below-wing Ground Handling Agents (GHA), ensuring on-site performance meets company SOPs and service standards.
- Develop and conduct airport operations training and audit programs in compliance with company policies.
- Manage flight irregularities and resolve passenger complaints related to airport handling processes.
- Coordinate with airport authorities on flight operational matters, reporting non-compliance issues and recommending corrective actions.
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned by the immediate manager.
Qualifications
- Prior airline or airport operations experience desired
- Have excellent leadership, multitasking, communication, and coordination skills.
- Be able to react quickly, solve problems and is a team player.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) required to support international passengers and coordination with overseas offices.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
