Flying Academy – Miami Executive Airport (TMB)
Flying Academy is currently seeking a qualified A&P Technician to join our maintenance department. This is a full-time position dedicated to the airworthiness and safety of our flight training fleet, primarily consisting of Cessna 152 and 172 aircraft.
Core Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled 100-hour and annual inspections.
Troubleshoot and repair airframe and powerplant systems.
Maintain accurate digital logbooks and ensure full FAA compliance.
Mandatory Requirements:
Required: Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
Experience: 1 year miniminum with piston-powered General Aviation aircraft.
Skills: Proficiency in avionics systems and digital maintenance record-keeping.
Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday (8-hour shifts).
Location: Miami Executive Airport (KTMB).
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (Commensurate with experience).
Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
