About the Role
E Noa Corporation is seeking a highly capable Transportation Support Specialist to support and elevate daily transportation operations, driver scheduling, fleet compliance, and real-time operational coordination.
This role goes beyond traditional dispatch or scheduling. We are looking for a forward-thinking, tech-savvy operator who can help improve systems, strengthen efficiency, and support the transition toward more automated and AI-assisted operations.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant transportation services across tours, charters, airport operations, and field logistics.
Key Responsibilities: Driver Scheduling & Operations
- Create and publish weekly driver schedules
- Adjust schedules in real time based on operational demand
- Manage call-outs, PTO, vehicle issues, and service changes
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) and ADA requirements
- Support CDL trainees with scheduling and operational guidance
- Coordinate last-minute driver assignments and coverage needs
- Communicate route updates and operational instructions to drivers
Fleet & Field Support
- Coordinate vehicle assignments, swaps, fuel issues, and maintenance needs
- Support on-road and field operations in Waikīkī, airport, harbor, and military locations
- Ensure vehicles remain operationally ready and properly assigned
- Assist drivers with real-time operational issues and escalations
Compliance & Safety
- Track CDL compliance, DBIDS requirements, and driver credentials
- Manage permits, registrations, and regulatory documentation
- Support accident reporting, investigations, and documentation collection
- Classify preventable vs. non-preventable incidents
- Coordinate insurance reporting and follow-up
Systems & Reporting
- Manage Fleetio and Motive compliance systems
- Review pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Track vehicle usage and operational data
- Support payroll accuracy through trip tracking and reporting
- Monitor guest feedback, including TripAdvisor reviews
Insurance & Administration
- Support insurance claims from initiation to resolution
- Track policy renewals and Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Assist with operational reporting to Accounting
- Maintain accurate and timely operational records

Qualifications
- Active DBIDS eligibility
- 2–3+ years of transportation, dispatch, fleet, or operations experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA HOS regulations preferred
- Experience with Fleetio, Motive, or similar systems strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in fast-paced logistics or transportation environments
Work Environment
- Hybrid office and field-based role
- Locations include Waikīkī, airport, harbor, military bases, and on-road operations
- Exposure to outdoor conditions during field support
- May require early mornings, evenings, weekends, or extended hours based on operations

Compensation: Starting at $30+ per hour DOE
Location: Main Corporate Operational Office & Field Operations (Waikīkī, Waikiki Shopping Plaza, Airport, Military Bases, Harbor & On-Road Operations)
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
